We, HCP Germany Cosmetic GmbH & Co. KG, are a leading manufacturer of custom packaging and application systems for cosmetics and part of the internationally operating HCP group. Our headquarters and production site is located in Bechhofen an der Heide, with a unique tradition in the production of brushes and brushes. There, with around 200 employees, we develop, produce and market cosmetic packaging for well-known brands in the cosmetics industry worldwide. To support our team, we are currently looking for a Plastics and Rubber Technologist (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in Bechhofen.

What to expect:

  • You ensure smooth production together with the shift team.
  • You monitor production processes in terms of quality, output, and intervene if necessary.
  • You carry out order changes including necessary setup and documentation work.
  • Targeted troubleshooting is also part of your tasks, as well as performing minor repairs and maintenance on the equipment and machines.
  • You support the colleagues of Technical Service/Application Technology in sampling and qualification activities.
