    Join our dynamic team at a leading healthcare company based in Atlanta, GA, dedicated to transforming patient care through innovative technology solutions. We specialize in developing advanced healthcare applications that enhance patient outcomes and streamline medical processes. Currently, we are looking for a skilled Lead Fullstack JavaScript Developer with expertise in React to spearhead our development initiatives. This role calls for previous experience in the healthcare sector, with knowledge of HIPAA regulations being highly advantageous.

    Position: Lead Fullstack JavaScript Developer

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Job Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure healthcare applications using React
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions for healthcare professionals and patients
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the security and privacy of patient data throughout development
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continual improvement
    • Participate in code reviews, offer feedback, and implement best practices for code quality and maintainability
    • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare and technology

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Fullstack JavaScript Developer, with proficiency in React
    • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare processes and regulations
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and implementing security measures
    • Strong skills in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive user interfaces
    • Backend development experience using Node.js and familiarity with database systems like MongoDB or PostgreSQL
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
    • Knowledge of healthcare information systems like EHR/EMR systems
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
