Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
- Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Manage shift schedules and staffing levels
- Oversee patient admissions, assessments, and discharges
Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in supervising and mentoring nursing staff
- Indepth knowledge of anatomy and acute care practices
- Experience in various healthcare settings such as home health, assisted living, or nursing homes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with shift management and scheduling processes
Pay:
$95, $115,000.00 per year
