Job Overview:
Currently accepting resumes for a 2nd full time property Maintenance position for our apartment complex in West Bend, WI. This position offers a stable long term employment opportunity. Wages are commensurate with experience.

Experienced Maintenance staff should have knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, general maintenance and repair of apartments and residences.

Applicant should be dependable, highly motivated with the ability to work independently and the ability to follow company policy's and proper chain of command at all times.


Some responsibilities, but not all inclusive include:

  • Completion of work orders
  • General maintenance and repair of apartment residences
  • Light plumbing
  • Overseeing maintenance projects
  • Property inspections
  • Vacant units being converted to rent ready units with the appropriate attention to detail
  • Grounds maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations
  • Change bulbs, locks
  • Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair


Physical requirements include but are not limited to, ability to perform moderate or light lifting and carrying, climb stairs and ladders, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time, stoop, kneel, crawl and bend, operate motorized equipment and vehicles.

Applicants must have a valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance and be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug test.


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 25% (preferred)
