- Develop and oversee staff by managing hiring, on-boarding, communication, training, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations; fostering team morale and motivation.
- Manage daily facility operations including staff schedules, action plans, equipment maintenance, records, and compliance.
- Assess yearly financial performance to set appropriate budgets, monitoring costs and revenue while meeting budget targets.
- Analyze clinic metrics and KPIs regularly to guide goal achievement; devise action plans to enhance performance, providing necessary coaching to align team goals.
- Evaluate and treat patients within your expertise.
- Capable of being stationary for prolonged periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, effective communication, and mobility around the office.
- Master's degree or Doctorate in relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of field experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Active State Professional License.
