- Oversee design, management, and administration of 401(k), employee welfare benefits, and compensation programs.
- Manage the open enrollment process and ensure benefits administration efficiency within HRIS.
- Analyze data to provide recommendations for plan improvements and maintain compliance with company policies and federal/state guidelines.
- Develop and deliver employee communications regarding benefits, training, and wellness programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all benefit plan management and issue resolution.
- Lead benefits integration for M&A activities, including benefits education and comparisons.
- Manage compensation areas including incentive plan calculations, compensation program reviews, and execution of compensation programs.
- Ensure HR compliance, conduct audits, and maintain up-to-date HR documents and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in benefits, compensation, and compliance.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years managing benefits, compensation, and compliance, with a strong background in designing cost-efficient benefits programs.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong financial business acumen, ability to analyze data, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Actuarial experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation. In-depth understanding of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, DOL, and tax laws.
- Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills, discretion, judgment, multitasking ability, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
