Join our team at the state-recognized nursing school in
Saarlouis, Westwood, PA

We are currently seeking two dedicated
nursing educators (m/f/d) to join us full-time (40 hours/week) on a permanent basis.


Compensation will be based on the in-house collective agreement, pay group II for qualified personnel, and will be in line with the TVöD-Kommunen (VKA).


Your main responsibilities:


  • Leading courses and providing learning support
  • Preparing exams
  • Supervising internships
  • Sharing your expertise through teaching and practical guidance
  • Contributing to curriculum and conceptual development

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in a nursing profession and a degree in the healthcare field
- _Alternatively_, a bachelor's degree in another profession with a pedagogical qualification (minimum 400 hours) and a willingness to complete a master's degree in nursing education, if not already obtained - we support your master's studies, even while working.
- _Alternatively_, a teaching qualification for nursing professions (state recognition required)

  • Teaching and exam experience is advantageous
  • Confident demeanor, interest in working with and interacting with people
  • Independent and responsible work style
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to interactive media
