Your responsibilities:

Collaboration on urban district concepts
Cooperation with specialist departments and authorities
Expert advice to architecture and planning offices on optimal disposal options
Consultation in the areas of building construction, road planning, and development plans to ensure smooth waste disposal and cleaning operations
Drafting statements on urban and traffic planning for all matters concerning Stadtreinigung Hamburg: development plans, land use plans, approval procedures, traffic calming and urban renewal measures, etc.
Statements from Stadtreinigung Hamburg in the context of building permit procedures

Your profile:

Completed degree in civil engineering, urban development planning, or similar
Experience in coordinating and managing construction projects
Knowledge of VOB, VOL, HOAI, and the construction site regulation
Knowledge of tasks, structure, and distribution of responsibilities among public authorities
Knowledge of the Hamburg Building Code and the Hamburg Path Law
Negotiation skills and assert
