For our client, a highly successful medium-sized pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking to strengthen their field sales team in Henderson, IL through direct placement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Competent consultation and sales of our client's strong brands in pharmacies
  • Creation and revision of targeted customer selection and classification
  • Direct sales and optimization of product presence at the point of sale (placement in prominent areas, on display tables, and in shop windows)
  • Conducting promotional events and training pharmacy staff in sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Implementation of marketing measures and sales promotions according to company guidelines in pharmacies
  • Analysis of customer visits and thorough preparation and scheduling of appointments
  • Timely and accurate handling of customer transactions, direct orders, purchases, complaints, and returns
  • Organization and execution of training seminars for specific products
  • Planning and conducting customer seminars
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and conferences when necessary

Your profile:


  • Experience in OTC field sales
  • Ideally certified as a pharmaceutical consultant/referent according to § 75 of the Medicines Act
  • Solid medical knowledge
  • Strong flexibility
  • Excellent team player
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Highly selfmotivated and able to work independently
