    Description

    Job Title: Loan Processor

    Company: GPAC (Growing People and Companies)

    The Loan Processor plays a crucial role in ensuring loan documentation is accurately managed through established systems while reviewing for completion and compliance with current banking regulations and policies.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Review initial loan approval and collaborate with lender/loan assistant for accurate and timely document submission
    • Input/review loan information using Laser Pro Software
    • Conduct thorough review process prior to loan closure, verifying details such as loan amount, rate, term, and legal documentation
    • Perform any other duties as required

    Education And/Or Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Preferably two to three years of experience in loan processing

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Familiarity with loan processes and required documentation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines
    • Thorough understanding of rules and regulations for compliance

    Physical Requirements:

    • Capability to occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift up to 25lbs
    • Specific vision abilities including close vision and focus adjustment
    • Prolonged sitting periods
