    Description

    DivergeIT is a team dedicated to providing excellent technology services for our clients.

    We are looking for a motivated Deskside Support to join our Dedicated Services team where you will be the primary technical contact for key executives and VIPs. This dedicated service requires outgoing individuals who are highly confident in their technical skills and can comfortably engage with executives who often have zero time to deal with IT issues. Your success will be measured based on the individual relationships and trust you build with client executives. This role is 100% on-site Position located Corona Del Mar

    (ZipCode You will be expected to work within the Client's existing Server and Workstation environment to resolve their individual IT concerns, which may include computer issues, Microsoft 365 capabilities, or client-specific applications across multiple industries.

    Unique opportunity to Fast Track to an IT Manager position: After spending six months on-site at a client executive office environment as their sole IT Support person, you may be offered a permanent position to transfer to become the client's IT Manager.

    • Highly confident in explaining difficult technical issues to client executives
    • Ability to show confidence in technical competency through interactions
    • Willing to be available to client executives when they need immediate help
    • Ability to coordinate between external vendors to quickly resolve issues
    • Initiative to discover and develop solutions that meet client expectations
    • Proven ability to make reasonable decisions and know when to escalate
    • Consistently balance executive support with internal company KPIs

    Technical:

    • Expert in Windows 10/11 and macOS operating system support
    • Master in Azure AD/Microsoft 365 solutions and administration
    • Skilled in troubleshooting network hardware and configuration
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 product deployment and support
    • Efficient with iOS/Android device provisioning and support

    Minimum Qualifications and Skills

    • 5+ years of providing Remote Support
    • 3+ Years Hands on Desktop/Network Support
    • 3+ Years of providing Client Facing (e.g. Field) support
    • 3+ Years Supporting Office 365 clients
