Summary:

We are seeking a driven, coachable, and detail-oriented Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our Investment team.

They will play a crucial role in identifying and securing lucrative real estate investment opportunities through the use of our CRM program and proven acquisition methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM Tools:

Manage and organize property data, leads, and communications.
Ensure accurate and uptodate information for streamlined decisionmaking.

Basic to Comprehensive Underwriting:

Analyze potential opportunities by the use of comparables, verify property information, and rehab budget estimations.
Extract useful and accurate property data

Property Identification:

Identify and evaluate potential investment properties.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about emerging opportunities.

Due Diligence:

Present findings and recommendations to the acquisition team leaders for informed decisionmaking.

Team Collaboration:

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategy and share insights.

Qualifications:

No experience in real estate, acquisitions, or a related field needed.
Coachable, Driven, and Willing to learn.
Willingness to learn CRM tools and data management.
Computer and Communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the willingness to learn to conduct indepth property evaluations.
