NaturaLawn of America, a premium organic based lawn care service, is hiring an in-office salesperson/customer service representative. NaturaLawn is the pioneer of safer lawn care and has been caring for lawns for over 30 years in central Maryland.

Main responsibilities include:

Sales to existing and previous customers (no cold calling) and providing excellent customer service to current customers. You must enjoy interacting with people and be able to do it with a smile. You also must take your job seriously, but be able to have a fun positive attitude between tasks. Your positive attitude will lead to success. You will always be treated with kindness and respect.

Hours
Monday through Friday 1pm - 7pm

Saturdays (March and April Only) 10am - 2pm.

Spring and Fall Hours could flex up to 11am to 7pm as needed.

Optional Fridays in November and December and two weeks off at Christmas

Pay Structure and Benefits

Base hourly wage of $15, commission and bonus. Average pay through the year is $18 $20+ in your first year, much higher as you build your skills.
Pay reaches $20 $30+ per hour during our peak seasons in the spring and fall
Paid time off after 6 months and fully paid training
Two weeks off during winter holidays
