    Description
    Detailed Job Description – Data Engineer Position Title: Data Engineer Location: Columbus, OH Job Description: Data application design and development, Installation and Configuration, Customization of application, functional testing of software applications, perform business analysis for applications in Systems. The Data Engineer or Data Engineer position will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and developing technical solutions within the technology functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices. Some of the duties but not limiting to are detailed below: Responsibilities:
    • Design data warehouse solutions by implementing a solid, robust, extensible data flow that supports key business logic flows.
    • Develop data transformations to populate data into a warehouse table structures for optimized reporting.
    • Establish efficient design and programming patterns for engineers and non-technical individuals.
    • Enable an innovative approach to data platforms to increase flexibility, scalability, and reliability of Solutions.
    • Design, integrate, and document technical components for seamless data extraction and analysis on big data platforms.
    • Work in a team environment, interact with multiple groups on a daily basis.
    • Work in cross-disciplinary teams to understand client needs and ingest rich data sources.
    • Analyze, test and defect fix solutions using big data technologies.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science or a related field.
    • Exposure to data analysis, data engineering or big data.
