Job Description
As part of our Beteiligungsmanagement team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing a variety of projects. This includes project cost planning, controlling and reporting, risk analysis and research activities.

You will also ensure effective communication and information flow within the projects, support the creation of participation reports, and develop the reporting system for our participation companies.

Additionally, you will analyze and monitor company developments, assist with controlling, and implement a participation software.

Other responsibilities include budget management, particularly in terms of monitoring budget positions and product accounts, process management, and quality control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics, with a focus on accounting/controlling, or a degree in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachwirt*in)
  • Relevant work experience in the public sector, preferably in municipal participation management
  • Strong IT skills and media literacy
  • Ability to handle high workloads and conflicts, and a sense
