Description:

St. Mary Medical center, a member of Trinity health Mid Atlantic, is looking for a Full-Time dayshift shift operator to join our team


Schedule:
Full-Time (Monday through Friday)

Shift (s): Days (9:30AM-6PM****Flexibility to work e/o holiday

**Flexibility to work occasional varying shift(s) as needed or assigned.

  • Operation of the Switchboard, which includes the use of Medicall Console software.
  • Answers and directs all incoming calls from the public and staff for St. Mary Medical Center
  • Answers and responds to Fire alarms, security alarms and codes in accordance with policy and procedure
  • Maintains 24 hour contact with Security
  • Collects, provides and distributes the oncall information for St. Mary Medical Center
  • Performs all other duties deemed necessary for accurate and proper performance of the Telecommunications Department
