Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a HCP CPM Project Manager in the Ridgefield, CT area.
  • We need someone who is local and can work a hybrid schedule.
  • Project Management: Experience with various product management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid.
  • Define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Prepare an estimated timeline based on the project scope.
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Team Management: Managing cross matrix teams for the execution of projects.
  • Evaluate project performance.
  • DaytoDay Operations: Oversee daytoday project activities.
  • Communicate both internally and externally.
  • Assess risks and involve the stakeholders early if any roadblocks.
  • Project Closure: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Facilitate project closure.
  • Review, assess current inventory of standard procedure documents and drive updates.

Experience:


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical business processes in IT and data governance required.
  • Project management lead in pharmaceutical industry Strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work autonomously and seek advice when necessary.
  • Experience in managing crossfunctional projects and proficiency in influencing without authority.
  • Capability of managing multiple workstreams in highpressure settings.
  • Manage and guide teams toward project goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of management.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying clear messages to different teams.
  • Negotiation: Navigate conflicts, reach agreements, and find winwin solution.
  • Risk Management: Monitor the project timelines and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Required Skills: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
