- Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
- Maintain pharmacy pliance with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and pany policies.
- Oversee the entire operation of the pharmacy department to achieve financial goals, including budget management, payroll, thirdparty administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Participate in business development activities within the store and munity.
- Manage pharmacy support personnel, including job performance and reviews.
- Provide guidance and training to pharmacy associates, ensuring pliance with regulatory and pany policies.
- Ensure pletion of all required training by pharmacy associates.
- Participate in patientcentered services, including immunization, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and wellness programs.
- Counsel patients and medical providers on drug usage, dosage, interactions, side effects, and monitor patient health and progress.
- Maintain and participate in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety.
- Utilize professional judgment to provide exemplary service within the pharmacist's scope of practice.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and department facilities according to legal and pany standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
