    KēSTA I.T. is actively three (3) software engineers proficient in Microsoft 365 Dynamics/Power Platform development, (preferably with expertise in the Customer Service module).


    Key Qualifications:


    • At least 4 years of handson development experience in Dynamics 365/Power Platform, with a preference for Customer Service.
    • Proficiency in working within an Agile/Scrum framework.
    • Strong coding abilities in C#, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, and CSS.
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to grasp and address business requirements.
    • Diligence in preproduction testing and adherence to security protocols.

    Position Overview:


    Successful candidates will join a dynamic team tasked with crafting an internal and external-facing case management application leveraging the Dynamics 365 platform.

    This initiative aims to replace a bespoke case management system developed over 15 years ago.

    Candidates should possess the flexibility to work autonomously or in tandem with colleagues, communicate proficiently, and proactively explore avenues to optimize platform capabilities.


    Additional Position Details:


    • Open to US citizens only.
    • Duration: 12 months.
    • Interview process: Initial round conducted remotely, with the possibility of a followup remote session.
    • Remote work: Candidates must be based in the US.
    • A background check sanctioned by the city is mandatory.
    • Standard working hours typically fall on weekdays from 85; however, occasional night or weekend availability may be required, particularly during deployment or maintenance phases.

    Additional Duties (based on common Microsoft 365 Dynamics job postings):

    • Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
    • Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration tasks within the Dynamics 365 environment.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers, addressing system issues promptly and effectively.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and updates in Microsoft 365 Dynamics/Power Platform, incorporating best practices into development processes.
