Job Overview:

The Sales Associate position based in Allentown, PA, is integral to our client's success, specializing in fine designer & custom jewelry and watches.

This role focuses on engaging with customers to achieve sales objectives, fostering long-term client relationships, and contributing to the team's effort to surpass company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively selling and assisting customers. Develop long-term client relationships through excellent clienteling practices. Increase product knowledge through regular training sessions. Incorporate feedback from management to improve sales performance. Stay informed on local competition, promotions, and pricing. Collaborate with the team to meet personal and store goals. Build and maintain an active client base. Provide an exceptional in-store experience with professionalism and expertise. Ensure all display counters and windows are clean and attractively presented.

Requirements include:

Education:
Not specified

Experience:
3-5+ years in sales/retail, preferably in the luxury market. Jewelry or timepiece experience is a plus.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills, professional appearance, positive attitude, and self-motivated

Certifications:
Not required

Knowledge:
Understanding of the luxury market, product knowledge of jewelry and watches preferred

Key Competencies:
Excellent clienteling skills, ability to learn product information, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work retail hours

Additional Information:
This position requires the flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends as required. The role is based in Allentown, PA, and focuses on providing a high-level in-store experience and meeting sales objectives.
