About the Position:
As the Medical Equipment Program Director, you will provide medical equipment planning oversight for projects under the Harris Health $2.9-billion Strategic Capital Plan.
This includes being directly responsible for requirements in developing, monitoring, and executing medical equipment strategy to ensure Harris Health meets the program goals and objectives.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Facilities PMO, Harris Health BioMed, Harris Health Supply Chain, and Harris County Purchasing.
The Program Director, Medical Equipment will also manage vendor relationships, assist in negotiating contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement and vendor management in order to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Design, Construction, or related technical degree preferred
- CHFM certification and/or PMP preferred
- 8 years in Healthcare Design/Construction & Construction Administration
- Experience with project team leadership and development
- 6 years of Project Management experience
- 4 years of experience leading teams in a multidisciplinary health environment
