Job description
Tasks will include answering phones, preparing correspondence, submitting work orders, updating work orders, but not limited to the office task listed.
Required skills:
- 2 + years experience in a highvolume office atmosphere
- Support Management and Technicians requests
- Possess strong computer skills
- Process work orders
- Run reports
- Update data boards
- Assign work orders
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Advanced Excel Experience
- Computer Experience a Must
