To permanently strengthen our team at location Schweinfurt, we are looking for a
Technical Planner / Project Manager for Building Services (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Consulting for public and private clients as well as contact person for all project participants
  • Planning of building services systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing)
  • Project management and processing of all phases of the HOAI
  • Preparation of technical calculations and cost estimates based on
    DIN 276

Your profile

  • Completed degree in building services or building technology;
    alternatively, technician or master's degree (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or plumbing technology)
  • Experience in technical planning of building services
  • Target-oriented, economic thinking and acting
  • Practical and results-oriented work
  • Service-oriented appearance
  • Teamwork, resilience, and reliability
