Operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Use the ERP system established by the company's Information System Department for customer management, order management, merchandise management, inventory management, invoicing, financial management, and supply chain management.

Foreign Currency Weekly Report

Keep track of every account's balance, analyze company's cash flow in both US Dollar and Chinese RMB.

Monthly Budget

Customize the budget sheet with same month different year analysis and horizontal comparison.

Price Analysis

When a new product is to be introduced, the accountant uses a price calculation form, calculate the selling price, analyze the expense rate, and profit rate.

When there is a need for price adjustment, the expense rate and profit rate will also be analyzed. Then use this result to assist the branch manager in making pricing decisions.

Expense Rate Analysis

When the branch needs to calculate the customized promotion and whether the new item is suitable, use the cost calculation form to analyze the expense rate, profit rate and expected return.

Then use the result to assist the branch manager to make the decision of the project to pass or reject.

Inventory Management

Use the prepared inventory management template to enter the data needed for this analysis and analyze whether there is a shortage or backlog.

Then analyze whether it is necessary to replenish inventory. Submit to the branch manager for approval. Additionally, remind the manager of the inventory backlog and the number of expiring products to assist in making

promotional sales.

HQ Monthly Financial Statements

On the last day of each month, carry out inventory counts, fund counts, fixed asset counts, and clear account payables.

Enter the monthly fee details into the company ERP system for record keeping. Then immediately download the materials needed to prepare the monthly financial report.

Submit the report to the branch manager for approval, signed, then submit to the headquarters backup archive for business analysis and auditing.

Analyze and summarize the financial advantages and disadvantages of the previous month and issue a report for review by the branch manager.

Inventory Analysis

Carry out inventory counts on the last day of each month to count the number of sellable and defective products.

Download the invoicing form and check whether the accounts are consistent. If there is any inconsistency, find the error and the responsibility.

Fixed Assets

On the last day of each month, audit fixed assets, and record the depreciation and residual value.

Must have at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Must have

completed coursework in:
Equity Evaluation and Modeling, Financial Software Application, and

Corporate Finance. Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
