With this background, we are now looking for an Associate in Investment and Asset Management (m/f/d) at our client's location in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

Proactive and independent assumption of the owner function in commercial asset management and holistic responsibility for a portfolio invested throughout Germany

Conducting transaction-related activities from A-Z with a focus on acquisitions, including sourcing, identification and analysis (Excel) of potential acquisition opportunities for potential development projects, land, and existing properties, including accompanying purchase contract negotiations

Close collaboration within the local investment team and on a pan-European level

Preparation of (dis)investment calculations and dynamic cash flow analyses, scenario analyses, as well as review of key performance indicators and conducting qualitative and quantitative evaluations of potential acquisition
