PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises and coordinates the activities of production and operating workers such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators
Interfaces with customer and developing schedules, cost estimates, Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), and work descriptions
0100% CONUS/OCONUS travel required

Requirements:

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or a qualifying substitution in an engineering, technical, business, or computer science/IT discipline
Acquire a Top Secret level clearance 90 days from award
Ability to supervise first line engineering technicians
Solid coordination skills in order to work between firstline techs and the customer
Ability to track tasking using project schedules, cost estimates, and work breakdown structures
Solid communication skills
Solid organization for team leading and work progress tracking

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

At least one year of experience in supervising deployed personnel
Experience with developing schedules, managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and cost estimates

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
