We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the coaching and customer service department, who will support our experts in advising and supporting our over 150 clients in Heathrow, FL.

During the training period, you will learn all about e-commerce marketing and effective and practical consulting for our clients, so that you will be able to guide them to success.

Do you have no experience and are you a career changer?
No problem During the training period, you will learn everything you need to know for the job. Previous knowledge in e-commerce or marketing is not necessary.

Areas of responsibility:

Onboarding new clients to our digital business consulting.
Managing and unlocking our trainings.
Data maintenance of our client database.
After the training period, you will be able to answer all contentrelated questions from our clients about our consulting programs.
Daily telephone contact and written group support for our clients' questions.
Preparation and/or execution of our live calls.
