Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all accounting processes efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with human resources, including benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Oversee project cost analysis and budget tracking to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Ensure the accurate processing, tracking, and approval of change orders.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and supervisors to streamline financial operations.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management.
- Conduct regular audits and implement effective internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
- Crosstraining in all areas within the accounting department.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction accounting.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and construction accounting software (Viewpoint Vista a plus).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
