The Arizona Democratic Party (Coordinated Campaign) is seeking an Operations Associate, a key member of our campaign?s Operations team.

The Operations Associate will execute a broad range of Operations responsibilities that support the management of Arizona Democratic Party?s (Coordinated Campaign) operational systems.

This position reports to the Deputy Operations Director.


Logistics

  • Salary: $5,250/month
  • Location: Phoenix, Arizona
  • Hours: This position?s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
  • Must have a valid driver?s license
  • This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with CWG

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide daytoday operational support for the campaign
  • Deliver materials & supplies around Arizona, as needed
  • Facilitate procurement of materials & supplies
  • Assist with tracking of campaign assets and other deliverables
  • Address operations issues and needs from staff in a timely manner
  • Assist in other Operations Department tasks as needed
