Your responsibilities as an individual customer advisor (m/f/d):

  • Needs-based, holistic advice for assigned customers
  • Active support and advice on all questions related to credit, deposits, securities, cross-selling and service business
  • Strengthening customer relationships, sustainable increase in business volume and tapping into additional revenue potential
  • Identifying customer needs, recognizing demands and providing tailored solutions to our customers' needs.
