Your responsibilities

In addition to the general qualifications required by the Hessian School Law, the Service Regulations for Teachers, and the guidelines of the Hessian Ministry of Education for filling positions at schools, the applicant is expected to independently and responsibly carry out the tasks in accordance with the specific location of the school, continue the school's profile and ensure the quality standards of the Peter-Rosegger-Schule.

The following tasks are to be performed by the holder of the position:

Management of the school as principal
Assumption of administrative and organizational school management tasks in the areas of budget, personnel, and student administration using the database systems LUSD and PPB
Planning and implementation of school and organizational development tasks, especially in the following areas:
Pedagogical school design according to the school's profiles, especially in the areas of reform pedagogy and the focus on being a "Musical Primary School"
Continuation of existing structures for allday schooling in the "Pact for the Afternoon", including collaboration with the provider and the management of the school care program
Inclusive education and collaboration with the rBFZ
Content and organizational development of German as a second language instruction and intensive courses
Implementation of the school portal
