Hays is currently seeking a new team member for our Theresienbad senior care home, starting on August 1st, 2024.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced technician (m/f/d) to join our technical department.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing renovation and handyman tasks
  • Completing minor painting jobs
  • Conducting general caretaker and maintenance duties
  • Running errands
  • Coordinating and overseeing external contractors
  • Maintaining the outdoor facilities
  • Being on call for technical emergencies
  • Ensuring compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations
  • Managing winter maintenance tasks
  • Collaborating with other departments

Your profile should include:

  • A completed vocational training in a relevant field
  • Relevant work experience and strong handyman skills
  • A valid driver's license (class B/BE)
  • Respectful communication with residents, family members, and colleagues
  • Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
