Job Summary:


The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for the development and expansion of performance marketing channels to strategically reach targeted audiences to increase brand awareness and generate leads for Medicare.

This role will also oversee website performance and SEO.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across various digital mediums focusing on brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create and manage ongoing optimization efforts of all digital marketing campaigns, managing to key KPI's such as the cost per lead and cost per acquisition.
  • Ensure alignment with offline channel marketing to drive a cohesive omni channel strategy.
  • Ownership over website analytics to determine content and layout out changes, as well as developing A/B tests for optimizations.
  • Create and establish reporting cadence for all digital campaigns. Including website performance.
  • Work with agency and internal teams to ensure proper tagging of sites for analytic reporting.
  • Partner with cross functional teams on the implementation of website content.
  • Manage and continuously refine creative content and campaign strategies to effectively engage key audience personas.
  • Ensuring website performs at highest possible level (both technical and content) and work with marketing peers to ensure it remains up to date with most compelling content.
  • Refine and implement SEO strategy.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and recommend new tactics and strategies.

Requirements:


  • Experience in datafirst digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced skill set in google and Meta platforms.
  • Experience in the Medicare space is a plus.
