Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: You take care of demand notifications, quotes, orders, and order confirmations
  • Supplier management: From monitoring delivery dates, handling complaints, to negotiations and supplier evaluations
  • Master data maintenance & compliance: You conduct supplier inquiries regarding product and material compliance according to REACH and RoHS and maintain changes and new information in the ERP system

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical field
  • First professional experience in purchasing is desirable
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAGE100 is advantageous
