Description
IndeQuest, a leading provider of nurse case management services, is seeking a part-time nurse case manager (with the potential to grow to full time over time) in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and coordinate doctor appointments as needed
- Coordinate DME, home health care, and therapies as needed
- Coordinate LTC benefits as needed
- Update medical status with client's family as appropriate
- Medication management
- Medical file review
- Health coaching and education
- Provide ALF placement services as needed
Qualifications:
- RN License is required
- College Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
- Prior case management experience preferred

$ $45.00 per hour
