General Information:
- James Madison University's Facilities Management is seeking a Housekeeping Office Assistant. The hours for this position are Monday
- Friday, 6:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m., with a modified summer schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs all time entry and supply orders in AiM (work management system) on a daily basis.
- Assists with all duties associated with the recruitment, hiring, and separation of environmental services employees.
- Various office management and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and basic computer skills.
- Some understanding of time record keeping.
- Ability to perform extensive data entry.
- Clerical, customer service, organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Ability to work with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional behavior.
- Proven ability to manage time and keep to an assigned schedule.
Conditions of Employment:
