_Now Hiring an Experienced Scheduler for a Staffing Agency that specializes in placing Nurses and CNAs in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care facilities._
- _PPS Agency supplies staff to facilities affiliated with the National Health Care Associates, Inc's network of nursing homes across the Northeast._
- _This is a Full-Time permanent position in a professional office environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment._
- _Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff, while problem solving their staffing needs._
- _The hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings/weekends (approximately once per month)._

_Primary Functions:
_

Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/longterm care facilities for per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the Northeast.
Replace any callouts in the facility
Must be available for On-Call rotation during the week and weekends (approximately once per month).

_Qualifications:
_

Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience scheduling for RNs, LPN, and CNAs in skilled nursing/longterm care facilities.
Exceptional customer service with strong oral and verbal communication skills;
Patience and the ability to remain calm in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills;
Must work well in a team environment in a professional office setting in the Hartford area.
