As an HRBP at Creative Dining Services, you will partner directly with locations across multiple states, with a focus on our southeastern region.

You will deliver people solutions across the entire employee life cycle to successfully launch new business, retain existing business, and position the organization for sustainable growth.


Your remote work will include employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, talent management and succession planning, performance management, leadership coaching, data and analytics, compensation and benefits, risk management, organization design, workforce planning, and change management.

In addition, our HRBPs:

  • Have a strong foundation of HR generalist experience. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Empathically represent needs of employees while considering the needs of the business to operationalize realistic solutions.
  • Help firsttime and experienced leaders navigate complex people challenges with mínimal guidance.
  • Effectively engage in courageous conversations with employees and senior leaders.
  • Build trust and credibility remotely while developing and executing HR strategies across multiple remote locations. Occasional site visits to locations are encouraged and expected.
  • Be responsive and effectively prioritize projects and tactical execution.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • An equivalent combination of educational and professional experience may be considered
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP or other related certification
  • Bilingual or multilingual in verbal and written communication. Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in ADP Workforce Now
