What you can look forward to Independent qualified real estate management of commercially used properties as owner & tenant Independent organization, processing and documentation of all technical and infrastructural services Preparation / management of rental and service contracts as well as independent cost / profitability calculations Commercial processing and documentation of all legally required maintenance and inspections of technical systems Independent planning and monitoring of maintenance measures including budget responsibility Independent commercial processing of tasks that arise in building operations as well as support for users Evaluation of properties as well as qualified analysis of the real estate market What you bring Completed training as a real estate clerk (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience desirable Additional qualification as a real estate specialist or a comparable qualification, e.g.
