A busy and growing Electrical Contractor is adding to their office team. Full-time position hiring immediately

Initial Role:
Support General Manager and Operations Manager with routine daily office tasks and special projects. This position gives you the opportunity to advance in many possible directions including marketing, customer service, permitting, finance, etc. depending on your interests and skills.

Initial duties would include assisting with record keeping, scheduling appointments, communications with customers and technicians, documenting processes, data entry, filing, answering customer inquiries, and customer follow up.


Skills and experience:
No knowledge of electrical contracting or construction necessary. We will teach you what you need to know. A positive attitude, sunny disposition, and willingness to learn are the only requirements.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Background check required.
