We are specialists in fitness training using electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) with over 100 studios in Germany and Austria.

We offer our members everything that is important for long-term effective fitness: personal trainers who provide EMS-supported cardio and strength training, as well as EMS-specific nutritional analysis.

We offer you a dual study/training position in one of the most innovative personal training studios in the fitness market.

We work with several universities, such as the DHfPG or the IST-Hochschule für Management, and train you in our quality-oriented microstudio as part of a dual study/training program in various fields of study.
