Custom Quality Pools is looking to add skilled and reliable Construction Laborers to join our small team.

As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

We are seeking longevity and reward workers who are willing to learn, on time, without many call ins, and overall dependable.

DUTIES:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Dig trenches and excavate areas as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Drivers License
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans is beneficial
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• Ability to get to and from the shop on time
• Ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
• Willingness to work outside in all seasonal conditions
