Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or generated lists.
Qualification:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine their interest in products.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Lead Management:
Effectively manage and update lead information, including contact details, interactions, and outcomes, in the customer database.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for qualified leads with the appropriate sales representatives.
Follow-Up:
Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships, address questions or concerns, and move them through the sales pipeline.
