Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.
Responsibilities
Oversee production processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs.
- Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
- Monitor production and resolve issues as needed
- Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews
- Manage and review job file documentation
- Inspect services and final walkthrough on jobs
- Train and manage production personnel.
- Oversee proper usage of vehicles, equipment, and facilities
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Oversee 24 production crews
Skill Requirements
- 3+ years of mitigation/restoration project management
- Drivers License
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- High school diploma/GED
Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Work Location:
Multiple locations
