Responsibilities:

Arrive at clients' sites in Wilton Manors on time, with all necessary equipment, uniform, procedures, and PPE
Use power tools to unload, unpack, and position customers' IT hardware (server racks)
Lift up to 30-40 kg, with occasional exertion up to 50 kg, using safe lifting methods
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional attitude with clients and colleagues
Follow clients' procedures and requirements, including health and safety and security protocols
Communicate effectively with colleagues, including managers, planners, team leaders, and supervisors, by reporting arrival times, delays, safety concerns, and completion times
Complete daily checklists and provide reports on daily activities, including general administrative tasks
Perform any other duties assigned in accordance with your skills and competencies

Skills needed:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
Valid class B driver's license with a good driving record
Basic experience with hand and power tools
