Description

We are currently looking for you to join our application support team at Rocky Point. As a member of our application support team, you will ensure the high-performance processing of our kitchen orders and act as the interface between our IT department and our sales department.

How you can support us:

Maintenance and optimization of master data and rules in our order processing system CAD Order Entry (COE)
Ensuring the efficient performance of order processing and the highest availability of the application and EDI interface
Monitoring and optimization of EDI interfaces
Analysis of problems and processes, as well as creation of specifications and documentation
Communication with sales and their management levels, and implementation of projects with sales-specific requirements
Supporting our sales team in using the order processing system

What you should bring:

Degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist or IT system salesman
Knowledge of C# programming is advantageous
Experience with CAD programs is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a careful and results-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
