Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for moving products by using powered equipment in a safe manner throughout the facility.

As the support for multiple departments, the Warehouse Associate receives daily deliveries, returns, loading equipment, and delivering additional parts to job sites as needed.


  • Assist in loading & unloading company vehicles with a forklift.
  • Delivery of parts & equipment to necessary job sites.
  • Assists in fulfillment activities including but not limited to reassigning inventory and moving inventory.
  • Assists in purchasing administrative duties.
  • Ensures all equipment and materials are pulled and organized for daily before the Technicians/Installers arrive.
  • Receive and enter new inventory into CRM.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts when needed.
  • Clean, restock, and ready trucks that are new or returned.
  • Help Installers clean out trucks from the prior installs when necessary.
  • Provide minor building maintenance as needed (cleaning office & outside of buildings, emptying trash cans, changing lights, etc ).
  • Schedule disposal as needed.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required
  • Must hold a valid CA driver's license and have a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United State.

Preferred:


  • 1year prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Prior experience using a warehouse data system preferred
  • Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus
