Corporate Facilities Director - Lakewood, United States - Valley Forge Medical Center
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of hospital building repairs, including routine maintenance, renovations, and emergency repairs.
- Oversee grounds maintenance activities, including landscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor facilities upkeep.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements related to the physical plant and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities related to facility maintenance, grounds upkeep, and environmental compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital
- Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, landscaping techniques, and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements from agencies such as the Joint Commission, DOH, and OSHA.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Pay:
$150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Work setting:
- Inperson
Experience:
- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Lakewood, NJ preferred)
