Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of hospital building repairs, including routine maintenance, renovations, and emergency repairs.
  • Oversee grounds maintenance activities, including landscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor facilities upkeep.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements related to the physical plant and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities related to facility maintenance, grounds upkeep, and environmental compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, landscaping techniques, and environmental regulations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements from agencies such as the Joint Commission, DOH, and OSHA.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay:
$150,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Work setting:

  • Inperson

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Lakewood, NJ preferred)
