Part-time Bartender - Hartland, United States - Palmer's Steakhouse

Palmer's is looking to add 1 enthusiastic hybrid bartender/server to our team to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Palmer's has one of the busiest bars in the area with many regulars. The position will be cross-trained to also serve tables so serving experience is required as well. The position would be for 2-3 nights per week. Must be able to arrive by 2:30pm.


Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies from lower level supply area
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• As a server, take guest orders, delivery meals, and an exceptional experience at the table.

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Experience with TOAST
• Wine Knowledge Preferred
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
