Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members
Assist in creating employee schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive sales growth
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, cash handling, and reporting Skills:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Proficient in retail math and able to analyze sales data
Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
Experience in training and developing employees
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Multilingual skills are a plus
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
